Donald Westphal has been the Studio Manager of our Fenton location since June 2009 and has been with us as a dance instructor since September 2008. Donald's passion for the performing arts started at a young age. After graduating from St. Joseph's Collegiate Institue of Kenmore, NY, in 1997, Donald moved to Michigan to continue his training as an Ice Dancer with the world renowned Detroit Skating Club in Bloomfield Hills. Having trained in several forms of dance including ballet, modern, and jazz, Donald received his certification in Latin and Ballroom dance and began teaching at a well-known franchise dance studio. He has participated in both showcases and Pro-Am competition with students, striving to take their dancing to new levels by helping them to see the potential in themselves. Donald has also had opportunities to train with US and international champions, and still actively pursues his training and development in the ever-evolving world of dance. Donald has been a certified Zumba Fitness Instructor since March 2009.
